Instructions for care of Tent
- Polyester fabric has been treated with a fire retardant; however the tent is NOT fire proof – DO NOT USE OPEN FLAME INSIDE TENT.
- To avoid UV degradation, do NOT use in extended use of strong sunlight. UV degradation is excluded from warranty.
- Keep zippers on fly sheet around air poles closed at all times to avoid any damage.
- Do not remove Iron pegs with the strap.
- Allow the tent to dry before packing. Do not pack the tent whilst it is wet.
- Tent condensation is unavoidable however; it can be reduced if proper ventilation is exercised. Allowing for warm air to escape will reduce condensation considerably. Some tips on how to help lessen condensation include:
- Tent location – allowing for high breeze areas for good airflow will help reduce condensation. Being too close to the water also increases chance of condensation due to humidity.
- Wet Clothing - Avoid bringing in any wet clothing or items inside the tent which will lead to evaporation and increase chances of condensation.
- Cooking – As noted earlier, do not cook inside the tent.
